The shake stone coated tile has an aesthetic look, given it a very natural design. It is extremely strong. Its structure reminds us of the wood and steel tiles.

Technical description

• Dimensions: The stone coated panel is available in panels of 1145 x 460 mm  and a thickness of 0,5mm (0,1).
• Weight: 2.8 kg. per panel
• Application: Arquitectural panel designed for residential and commercial use.
• Weather resistance: it can be installed in tropical, sub-tropical, artic and templade areas.
• Finish: A thin stone coat bonded to the top of the zincalume panel with acrylic resin and fungicide protection.
• Colors: black, blue, green, red.
• Fasteners: 2 inch galvanized nails. in windy areas towane screws are recommended or cla2ga
• Coverage: 2.19 panels per sqm. with dual cap, and 2.11 panels with single cap.
• Packaging: wood pallets (1000x1200x80mm)
• Storage & handling: Panels should be stored before installation in a dry place free of dust. We recommend keeping the original packaging and in case of handling the material to another pallet, it should be done carefully, without pulling to avoid peeling the finish.

Minimum slope: This metal roof has a minimum slope of 14º for installation.
