Technical description
- Dimensions: It is a panel of zincalume steel with a thickness of 0,5mm (0,1), 1180mm long x 408mm wide.
- Weight: 1.8 kg. per panel
- Application: Arquitectural panel design for residential and commercial use.
- Weather resistance:It can be installed in tropical, sub-tropical, artic and templade areas.
- Finish:Our strategic provider is Ternium of the Group Techint. For the galvanized color tiles we use the steel zincalume color of ternium that comes with a film that protects the polyester silicone paint adhered at the steel zincalume.
- Colors: black, blue, green, red
- Fasteners: 2 inch galvanized nails. In windy areas towane screws are recommended.
- Coverage: 2.33 panels per sqm.
- Packaging: Cardboard boxes (1220mm x 430 mm x 90 mm) containing 25 roof tiles. Wood pallets (1000 x 1200 x 80mm) containing up to 400 roof tiles.
- Storage & handling: Panel should be stored before installation in a dry place free of dust. We recommend keeping the original packaging and in case of handling the material to another pallet, it should be done carefully, without pulling to avoid peeling the finish.
Minimum slope: This metal has a minimum slope of 14º for the installation.
